Preventative Maintenance Saves both Owners and Tenants piles of dough! Here at RPM Tulsa we have preventative maintenance services that include, HVAC services, Rain Gutter Cleaning and Appliance Services. We are currently scheduling our Spring HVAC service. Many owners choose to opt out of this service and historically these are the owners who end up having significant issues later on in the year. Over the past 2 years we’ve broken it down to an actual savings of at least $225 for owners who take advantage of our preventative maintenance HVAC service. Not a good idea to forgo this service!
